Behold the largest production car you could buy in 1979 that wasn't a purpose built limousine. It spans nineteen and a half feet long and weight just under 5,500 lbs.
Courtesy of sm70 - why not Duesenberg?
This first one has a real Maxyenko feel to it so it goes first

I believe the '71-76 Fleetwood/Series 75 were ever so slightly bigger.

I guess I should rephrase the Lincoln Continental was the biggest car you could buy in 1979.
Good catch tho. That series 75 is a fucking beast! 252 inches long (21 FUCKING FEET!!!)

Why yes it is! It's a shame that's the only car(the last 4 pics) I can find that has wire wheels on it.

Would you happen to have high res versions of those 3 pics? that's the prettiest thing I've seen in a long time.

It's a shame we don't get that in Canada I'd be all over that.

I'm a Caddilac man, but that's nice. The only thing I'd change - flush bumpers.
